How long can I keep the gear?
The standard hire period is up to 4 days. The prices stated cover you for this period of time. Unfortunately the price is still the same if you only need it for less than 4 days.
Can I pick this stuff up?
You bet. Our warehouse is unmanned, but we offer a 24/7 collection service from our outdoor lockers. We’ll text you your locker information on the day, along with your combination. Then just return it back to the locker when you’re done.
Do you offer a delivery service?
Indeed we do. Pricing is based on the delivery suburb and the complexity of the delivery. Naturally, the closer the location is to our warehouse, the lower the charge will be. For a price list of suburbs, visit our Delivery Info section.
What time will you deliver?
Unfortunately, on most occasions we aren’t able to offer a delivery or pickup time due to the large number of deliveries that we must complete in such a small window of time (parties usually all happen on the weekend). As such we ask for your patience, and allow us to leave the items at your premises without you needing to be there. Just pop it back out for collection and we’ll swing by and grab it when our driver is in the area.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not at all. Most people aren’t home when the delivery occurs. Our drivers will leave the items in a suitable spot for you.
Where do you guys deliver the gear to?
Typically to the front of your property, and we ask that you return it there for us to collect after your event. Our drivers aren’t superhuman and we do our best to look after the health and well being of each. As such, we prefer them not to have to carry orders all the way to the back of the property. If you need everything carried to a specific point on your property, please details this when you submit your order and we can send through a quote for extra cartage on site.
